The Company

Bruno Meneghin founded Meneghin & Partner Unternehmensberatung AG (M&P) in 1987 in Basel. He was one of the first to focus solely on the transport and logistics industry. At that time very few consultancy companies had a clear understanding of the special needs of service providers in the different sectors of the logistics industry. M&P’s pioneering philosophy ensured that the company quickly reached a leading market position.

In the early 1990′s M&P offered recruitment services, tailor-made training and quality assurance solutions. With the arrival of new partners new skills were brought into the business. The partnership retained its cutting edge by the early recognition of changing needs. This led to the creation of the Executive Search and Management Consulting division. 

In recent years M&P has invested considerable time and resources in developing a footprint in the emerging markets in Central and Eastern Europe. The partners regularly visit Poland, the Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Romania, etc. They have obtained an in-depth knowledge of developments and requirements in these countries. The next steps are already defined. Further growth is targeted in the Middle East and in Asia.

The M&P partners continue to move their business forward, expanding and developing customer-candidate relationships and ensuring that the partnership remains the consultancy of choice for industry insiders.
