PersProfile Behavioural Analysis
Behavioral analyses such as PersProfile not only help employees to better judge their own capabilities, but also can provide useful validation of personal assessment for personnel consultants when making a decision on a particular job candidate.
For example using the behavioral analysis tool PersProfile it is possible to detect basic character patterns that relate to different types of personalities, without employing in depth psychological methods and yet be able to deduce relatively precisely the motivation, behavior and expectations of a job applicant.
In a meeting between personnel consultant and candidate the findings of the PersProfile analysis are extensively discussed. These discussions will establish the job applicant’s personal view of their own abilities, characteristics and how closely these are matched by the results taken from the analysis and in turn with the job profile and the expectations of the employer.
To summarize, the purpose and main benefit for those undertaking this self-appraisal analysis is that the individual gains an objective view of themselves. They are given an opportunity, to see themselves as others see them, to be made aware of the image they convey, better able to recognize their strong points as well as the areas that need improvement.
