The partnership has provided support and advice to both clients and candidates for over 20 years. We have grown with our clients. Our activities today span Europe and Asia. We are convinced that our service and advice in Central- and Eastern Europe is without parallel. For international assignments where a client company may be based in one country and is looking for candidates in another, we are able to source the best candidate for the position on a global basis.
The Process
Meneghin & Partner has an extensive experience in the recruitment sector. We favour the direct search methodology since we firmly believe this to be the most efficient and successful one.
The process starts with a detailed briefing. During a personal discussion Meneghin & Partner develops together with the client the detailed job description and evaluates the criteria for the right candidate:
- Which is the position to be filled in – why is the position to be filled in?
- Which are the company’s strategies and objectives?
- What capabilities must the right candidate have?
Directly related to the complexity of a mandate is the need for time to deliver satisfactory results – a time schedule is developed during the briefing with the client.
Following the initial briefing our experienced research team starts to analyse our database, exchanges information with informants and our network partners.
In a next step all potential candidates are contacted, CV’s collected and assessed. Attractive and interested candidates are asked to complete the PersProfile analysis and will be invited to attend a personal interview.
If the Meneghin & Partner consultant feels comfortable with the result of the interview and the candidate is sufficiently interested in the position, he/she will be included in the shortlist which is made up for presentation to the client.
The client selects the candidates which candidates are to be interviewed in the next round . This interview series will be accompanied by the respective Meneghin & Partner consultant.
In the further course of the process we will check the references and assist in contract negotiations.
The complete recruitment process will take 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the specific requirements and the availability of all parties involved.
Meneghin & Partner accompanies the successful candidate and the client during the introduction phase.
Final and Follow-up
