The Company

Bruno Meneghin founded the company in Basel in 1987. At that time very few consultancy companies had a clear understanding of the the specific responsibilities of the different sector service providers operating within the logistics industry. Very quickly M&P's pioneering philosophy ensured the company's position as market leader.

In the early 90's M&P offered recruitment services, tailormade training and quality assurance concepts.

With the arrival of new partners, new skills were brought to the business. The partnership retained its cutting edge, by early recognition of changing needs, new corporate services and so created its Executive Search and Management Consulting divisions.

In 2002 M&P took another important step forward by becoming a founder member of the global network e4e - Experts for Experts. With 13 partner companies all around the globe M&P now gained access to important markets and up-to-date market information which previously had been difficult to obtain.

Success breeds success. New partners have joined and will continue to do so, partners who share the same values and have the same dedication to the transport and logistics Industry.

In recent years M&P has invested much time & resources in developing contacts and connections in the emerging markets of Central- and Eastern Europe. Together with local business partners M&P regularly visit countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia and thus have an indepth knowledge of actual developments within these countries.

The next steps are already defined. Further growth is being targeted for the new EU states of Bulgaria and Romania. M&P partners continue to move their business forward, expanding and developing customer-candidate relationships and ensuring that the partnership remains the consultancy of choice for industry insiders.
